The plastic frames are manufactured using a very advanced technique, in which a 6.0 mm fabric is hydraulically pressed to a thickness of 8.0 mm while being bent. The front and side hinges are made using the very difficult 3-pin clamping method. The beautiful upper and lower curves, from the front to the yoloi, are made one by one by hand by skilled craftsmen.
